I’ve been playing around with affiliate marketing for the last couple months and it can sometimes be hard to compete with manufactures due to the amount of money they make compared to the amount of money an affiliate makes.

However, I enjoy learning and competition causes us to have to step up our game and learn new things. I spend a lot of time watching the competition and the last couple weeks 24 hour wristbands has really started making some changes in their online marketing.

At the start some of the stuff they were doing was downright funny, like giving themselves a double five star ranking for customer service.

I’ve heard of five star rankings but the double five star was a bit much. This told me they must feel that their customers are pretty ignorant. I only hoped that their customers would see through the lie and leave the site because of it. I left happy in the fact that their conversion was about to hit an all time low. However, a week later when I returned I noticed they had begun heading in another direction.

It appears they had taken a look at either Dell or HP’s website and had begun correcting a lot of the mistakes they were making.
